“Adelante, Charlie Brown” are comic strips translated from the book, “You Can Do It, Charlie Brown.”A good, fun read. The comic strips deal with playing sports and Charlie’s team always loses and everyone is quitting. Yet, like many of Schultz’s comic strips, it deals with many sideline things in life. Like playing the piano, losing your kite, checking in with the shrink, or what’s happening to the world. I read this in Spanish and the author’s comics are just as fresh and funny as in English. The book is all Spanish, not bilingual. I was reading this to increase my Spanish language fluency and it was both easy and challenging. New expressions, phrases, but the same old friends—Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, Snoopy and others made is great.
